eNGINE is hiring an entry-level Help Desk Specialist to support our customer, a global leader in mobile apps for sports teams. This is a rare opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of the most exciting digital sports companies out there.

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide front-line support to clients using mobile apps
Troubleshoot app issues during live games and special events
Monitor fan reports and proactively test mobile app performance
Ensure game-day stats and content are updated accurately
Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management teams
What You Bring
Associate’s degree (or relevant experience)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for sports and tech
Familiarity with tools like Slack, JIRA, and CMS platforms a plus
Desire to learn, grow, and potentially convert to a full-time employee
Bonus Points
1+ year of Help Desk or tech support experience
Experience working with mobile apps or fan engagement platforms
Understanding of sports stats and how games are structured
