Risk Administrator
Position Summary:   The Risk Administrator will lead the identification, communication, measurement, and management of company-wide physical risk which shall include management of workers’ compensation claims, insurance procurement/claims reporting, and development/implementation of risk management and compliance policies/procedures. Position Responsibilities: Track and manage the team’s Workers’ Compensation Program. Work extensively with legal team, outside counsel, people operations and third-party administrator(s) on the administration of pending claims Manage the worker’s compensation and staff incident reporting program, and process, assess and report claims to carriers/TPA as appropriate
