Description:

 Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Risk Specialist, who is responsible for ensuring that fraud risk management strategies and programs are established, maintained, and enhanced to support the businesses in managing their fraud risks while meeting business and regulatory expectations

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is a plus 
• CISA and/or CRISC Certifications are a plus 
• ISACA Certification is a plus 
• Coso Certification is a plus 
• 5+ years of experience
• Strong experience in Model Risk Management
• Experience with the creation review/maintenance in the operational/technology risk programs
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• GRC tool experience (Archer is preferred)
• Development and management of internal risks and controls
• Experience with technology risk within Financial institutions
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience 
• 1st, 2nd Line risk management or internal audit experience
• Project Management experience is a plus 
• Proficiency in Visio is a plus 
• Proficiency in Tableau is a plus 
• Analytical background/data proficiencies (data mapping)
• Experience with KY3P (know your third party)

 Responsibilities: 

• Establishes the Line of Business risk management strategy and oversees the execution of the risk management programs. Serves as an advocate for the risk management program
• Ensures the risk management strategies and programs are established, maintained, and enhanced to support the businesses in managing their risks while meeting business and regulatory expectations
• Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business. Includes consultation to execute the program components
• Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks
• Leads and engages cross-functional teams and develops internal capabilities
