Job Description Summary
This role will involve identifying and monitoring risks, developing internal control systems, performing compliance tests, and collaborating with departments to implement remediation. Additionally, the role holder will prepare detailed findings for stakeholders, conduct training sessions, provide reports, and handle ad-hoc analysis as needed.

About the role:
- Lead risk assessments and monitor key risk indicators.
- Design and run assurance programs to test internal controls.
- Work closely with regional leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to address non-conformities and implement improvements.
- Deliver clear, actionable reports and support stakeholder training and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in risk governance.
About You:
- 3â“5 yearsâ™ experience in operational risk, ideally in real estate or lease administration within financial services.
- A background in Economics, Risk, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
