Assists in troubleshooting other applications as needed.
Perform services calls on network and hardware related issues, diagnose equipment problems and perform necessary repairs where applicable.
Monitors IT ticketing system and completes assigned tasks with.
Documents work performed and resolution steps.
Provide support and maintenance for the Aztec Shops LAN and related infrastructure.
Performs server maintenance.
