Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience managing technical staff in a technical project or function.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience providing end-user IT support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role, with responsibility for hiring, assigning work, evaluating performance, coaching, and, when necessary, addressing personnel matters including disciplinary action or termination.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and support employee development and retention.
• Proven experience managing IT services in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, with a strong emphasis on service delivery, responsiveness, and quality assurance.
• Broad technical proficiency with current and legacy desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux), mobile platforms, and enterprise productivity software such as Microsoft 365, antivirus tools, system utilities, and remote management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, exercise sound judgment, and make data-informed decisions in a multifaceted IT environment.
• Proven success in relationship management, including the ability to collaborate across departments, with vendors, and with central IT to align local needs with institutional priorities.
• Proven experience in implementing inclusion practices in IT operations and team leadership; demonstrated outcomes may include improved satisfaction metrics, documented inclusion initiatives, and completed team trainings.
