Job Description Summary
Global Occupier Services (GOS) at Cushman & Wakefield is a business unit specializing in the provision of a range of services which are specifically tailored to the requirements of globally active companies and their worldwide real estate interests. The range of services provided by GOS varies from market to market and client by client, but is fundamentally built around consultancy, advisory, transaction management, project and development services, workplace, and integrated facilities management services.
Job Description
About the Role:
- Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational risks across business activities.
- Assist in the development and execution of assurance programs and internal control reviews.
- Perform routine assurance testing under supervision to assess compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Document findings and observations clearly, contributing to the preparation of reports and feedback for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to support remediation efforts and track implementation progress.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training and awareness initiatives.
- Contribute to ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and administrative support as required.
About You:
- Bachelorâ™s degree in Economics, Risk, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in a structured environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative under guidance.
- High level of integrity and commitment to quality.
- Professional-level proficiency in English and Korean is a must
