Compass Recruiting Solutions, has multiple opportunities available in the Fort Wayne, IN area for Internal Audit professionals.

As an Internal Auditor, you will:

• Take an active role in audits of operating units, including controls audits and operational audits
• Actively manage the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
• Provide detailed documentation of the audit process and prepare the audit findings memo
• Travel to company sites as required

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting from an accredited program
• CPA with public accounting experience or be eligible to become licensed
• Proven analytical and issue identification, prioritization and resolution skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrable knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Willingness to work in-office in Fort Wayne, IN
