Duties
To manage the IT training life cycle, including needs analysis, training strategy and development and delivery of training programs and tools for the IT Professionals and endusers. To lead analysis of current skills to identify skill gaps and work to prioritize skills training and development imperatives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develops overall training strategy for the enterprise as well as specific projects as assigned.
2. Oversees the development of curriculums and specific courseware to address skill gaps for IT professionals and end-users.
3. Manages analysis of system user roles and needs related to number of classes, training staff and timeframes for training related to new projects as well as ongoing training.
4. Develops and manages the credentialed trainer program for Epic training.
5. Ensures training tasks and timelines are on track for projects. Escalate issues and provide updates on projects to leaders as required by the project team.
6. Oversees the selection and usage of various training delivery systems and certification/testing methods to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of programs.
7. Measures training effectiveness and helps pilot test new training techniques, strategies, tools and processes to increase training effectiveness.
8. Ensures records are kept in a manner which meets organizational, state as well as federal policy as applicable.
