Leads the administration, maintenance, planning, development, and implementation of integrated technology solutions that support and enhance the information technology systems and applications for the Wexner Medical Center. Acts as the operational customer experience escalation point, monitors SLA's for the teams, coordinates with IT Operations team members to understand trends, and consults with end users.
