GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

To manage and coordinate the administrative and day-to-day affairs of the President's Office; to manage and supervise special projects; to maintain and foster a supportive and working relationship with staff, faculty, students, media, community members and government officials; to serve as a secretary and support system to the District Governing Board; to promote the College internally and throughout the community; and to do these things while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associate’s degree with 3 years of Relevant Experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree with 2 Years of Relevant Experience
OR
6 Years of Executive or Senior Administrative Support Experience
2. Valid driver's license. 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge of higher education principles and mission.
2. Familiarity with academic curricular processes
3. Bonding capability for notary.
