Job Description:
Provide excellent attention to detail with auditing high volume employee expense transactions while focusing on the highest level of customer service provided to campus and ensuring policy compliance.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma.
- Two (2) plus years business work experience recommended.
Skills and Knowledge:
Responsibilities:
- Manage policy compliance audit and documentation review process of high volume of employee credit card reconciliations.
- Work with PeopleSoft Travel and Expense system educating all university credit cards holders and associated departments on the credit card reconciliations process, approval workflow, and university policy compliance.
- Work on departmental training and issue resolution.
- Manage policy compliance audit and documentation review process of high volume of employee expense reimbursements.
- Work with PeopleSoft Travel and Expense system educating all university employees and associated departments on the employee expense reimbursement process, approval workflow, and university policy compliance.
- Work on departmental training and issue resolution.
- Oversee current credit card files and document workflow and encourage timely submission of reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
