Leads the administration, maintenance, planning, development, and implementation of integrated technology solutions that support and enhance the information technology systems and applications for the Wexner Medical Center. Acts as the operational customer experience escalation point, monitors SLA's for the teams, coordinates with IT Operations team members to understand trends, and consults with end users. Perform end-to-end testing of information technology platforms to ensure stability, reliability, and acceptable performance. Monitor changes presented in CAT. Plans and validates upgrades of information technology systems, applications, and platforms in accordance with ITIL best practices. Responsible for enterprise monitoring with a focus on proactive response, operational resiliency, iterative improvements in efficiency, and error elimination. Contributes to operational goals through proactive maintenance, patching, upgrades, and platform refresh. Research current and developing technologies to provide technical guidance pertaining to the capabilities, limitations, and requirements of information technology platforms.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree may be desirable. 5 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
