Desktop Support Lead
The College of Dentistry (CoD) Information Systems IT department invites you to join our team as a Desktop Support Lead. In this role, youll support the research, academic, and patient care missions of our college. You will be the first point of contact for support requests through in-person interactions, emails, and phone calls. This is a lead role that has ownership over the desktop support and assessment management operations.You will partner with various members of our team, including another Desktop Support Specialist and student workers, to solve problems and provide support for one another.
