Position Summary:

• Responsible for managing technology set-up in assigned classrooms.
• Prior to session – set-up and customize technology settings to meet instructional needs of faculty/presenter.
• During session – Trouble-shoot during session connecting with SHP Technology staff, as needed.
• End of session – Return technology set-up to initial settings.
• Partner with SHP Technology Services staff to get training, report and resolve issues, and ensure all classroom technology is consistently operational.
• Understands and adheres to Rutgers' compliance standards as they appear in RBHS's Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Must be a SHP Rutgers student pursuing a degree in a School of Health Profession discipline.

Equipment Utilized:

• The candidate should have familiarity with technology and/or audiovisual equipment.
• The candidate should also be comfortable with and have an aptitude for working with tech equipment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• The candidate should be able to lift and move equipment, as well as use carts, ladders and related equipment, in a safe manner.

• Office environment, moderate noise.

Salary: $16 per hour
