To oversee and support the organization’s security operations by managing electronic security systems, supervising Security Operations Center (SOC) personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate security records.
This role is responsible for conducting audits, reviewing access controls, and collaborating with internal departments to enhance the effectiveness and reliability of physical and electronic security infrastructure.

Essential Job Tasks:
Manages and monitors electronic security systems, including Avigilon and Symmetry Access Control, to detect and respond to unauthorized activity.
Supervises and coordinates SOC personnel, ensuring adherence to established security protocols, proper incident documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Utilizes Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and reporting tools to log events, assign personnel to service calls, and maintain accurate records of security activity.
Conducts regular audits and access reviews to ensure proper authorization, system accuracy, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Collaborates with internal departments and technology teams to test, implement, and improve physical security systems and procedural controls.
