The Orange County Fire Authority is seeking an exceptional leader to join its team. The Assistant Chief of Information Technology serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in support of one of the largest and most innovative fire service agencies in California.
This new role oversees a team of 47 information technology professionals and serves as a member of the Executive Management Team in establishing strategic goals, service level priorities, department policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of current technological trends, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, ERP's, data analytics, and software development with an ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and integrate them into the Authorities operations
