IT Specialist – Fully Remote

Your responsibilities as an IT Specialist will include
Act as the CRM system’s primary internal expert and support contact, ensuring data integrity and improving workflow.
Manage website and digital content updates, coordinating with staff and troubleshooting fundamental issues.
Collaborate with external vendors and support teams for escalated CRM and website issues.
Provide general office support, including handling calls, emails, data entry, and assisting team members.
Implement cyber security protocols.
Required Qualifications
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Dynamics-based CRM.
Solid technical aptitude and ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitefinity, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Good organization, time management and prioritization.
Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree in information systems, computer science, related field, or equivalent experience.
