IT Systems Support Operations (Pediatric Physician's Organization)
Position Summary:Supports end users as well as other members of the PPOC Technical Services team. Assists users by promptly answering questions or resolving problems pertaining to hardware, software, and networking equipment. Provides high-level assistance in specialized or contentious situations. This is a hybrid position based in our Peabody location, and will require frequent travel to Melrose, Stoneham, Lynn, Salem, Newburyport, Haverhill & Rowley locationsKey Responsibilities:Providing onsite support for end user device and networking issues at large (10+ providers), multi-site PPOC practices and other locations as assigned.
