eNGINE is hiring an IT Technician to support the rollout of Cisco ATA devices as part of a VOIP transition project. This project impacts a non-profit supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Western Pennsylvania.

You’ll be traveling to various sites to install and test devices, troubleshoot basic networking issues, and ensure seamless connectivity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving real-world problems, and making a difference in the community.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to residential care locations across Western PA
• Install Cisco ATA devices and support the transition to VOIP
• Connect, test, and troubleshoot phone and network lines
• Move or place physical cabling as needed
• Assist with basic IT infrastructure tasks, including:
• Internet connectivity issues
• Workstation, hardware, and peripheral setup
• Copier/scanner or router/modem troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to lift equipment and navigate home/residential settings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working independently at various sites

Must pass the following clearances:

• Criminal Background Check
• Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance
• Sex Offender Registry Search
• Medical Exclusion Checklist
• Physical/TB Test & Drug Screen
