Stakeholder Communication and Reporting – Maintain open communication with project teams and University leadership, report on progress, highlight issues or delays, and escalate as needed.
Project Portfolio Management - Maintain the University’s IT project portfolio in the project management system, ensuring data is current, accessible, and provides visibility into all projects and dashboards.
Resource Scheduling and Management - Schedule and manage availability of functional and technical resources, aligning staff and consultant capacity to project needs and preventing bottlenecks.
