Position Overview: The Risk and Insurance Manager coordinates, develops, and leads the insurance and risk management functions for Carleton College. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining policies and procedures to effectively manage the College's operational, strategic, financial, and reputational risks. The manager will maintain and continuously improve the enterprise risk management process (ERM), support the development and documentation of risk mitigation initiatives, and ensure comprehensive insurance coverage for the College’s assets and activities.
