Description: This position is responsible for administering and maintaining orderly operation of the North Carolina A&T State University, Willie A. Deese College of Business and Economics' technology throughout Craig and Merrick Halls inclusive of computer labs, classrooms, conference rooms, faculty and departmental offices, centers (e.g. the Financial Trading Room and CEEI), and common areas.The IT Instructional/Classroom Support Professional is required to work closely with other Deese College of Business and Economics' technology support technicians as well as the University's Client Technology Services' staff.
