Reporting to the Vice President, Treasurer, the Director of Risk Management will oversee the organization's comprehensive risk management program, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks as well as the property / casualty insurance and surety programs and claim management functions. In this role, you will interact regularly with other departments and staff throughout the organization to support various processes and to establish industry best practices.
10+ years of demonstrated experience in a progressive leadership role managing risk with extensive experience in acquisition due diligence and coordination, management and oversight of the Reps & Warranty insurance procurement process
Background within a decentralized global manufacturer preferred
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication, facilitation, and consensus building skills and demonstrated ability to adapt to and initiate change within the organization
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams with a commitment to professionalism
High ethical standards with a strong understanding of confidentiality requirements
