Requirements

Georgetown University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Program Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence across our institution. As a Senior IT Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining, planning, and overseeing the implementation of cross-functional initiatives that align with our organization's long-term goals and objectives. Your ability to collaborate, communicate, and manage complex programs and projects will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. As a Senior IT Program Manager, you will:

• Work collaboratively with departments or university divisions to design, plan.
  
• Execute IT strategic projects for both the internal IT department and initiatives that provide value to multiple stakeholders across our campuses.
  
• Drive the successful execution of programs/projects, ensuring they are completed with the highest standards from inception to completion.
  

Work Interactions

This Position reports to the Portfolio and Project Manager under the Office of the CIO in University Information.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
  
• 10 years leading IT programs and projects in a leadership capacity
  
• Multiple certifications in project management such as PMP, SAFE, CSM
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and applying them in a business and/or academic setting
  
• 5 years working in IT consulting as a project manager is preferred
  

Work Mode Designation

This position has been designated as Hybrid. However, up to 50% of work may be expected to occur in-person for events, meetings, and conferences. Please note that work mode designations are regularly reviewed in order to meet the evolving needs of the University. Such review may necessitate a change to a position's mode of work designation. Pay Range:

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$80,429.00 - $157,238.93

Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
