Your responsibilities as an IT Specialist will include
- Act as the CRM system’s primary internal expert and support contact, ensuring data integrity and improving workflow.
- Manage website and digital content updates, coordinating with staff and troubleshooting fundamental issues.
- Collaborate with external vendors and support teams for escalated CRM and website issues.
- Provide general office support, including handling calls, emails, data entry, and assisting team members.
- Implement cyber security protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Dynamics-based CRM.
- Solid technical aptitude and ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitefinity, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Good organization, time management and prioritization.
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree in information systems, computer science, related field, or equivalent experience.
