Description of Work:

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a technology or computing-related field plus at least three months of hands-on experience providing IT support and at least one year of experience working in any role which involves customer service; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, utilizing an understanding of technical principles that align with University policies.
• Knowledge and experience of various computer architectures and their respective operating systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a technology or computing-related field.
• Two years of hands-on experience providing IT support including direct user support.
• Two years of experience administering and supporting Windows and MacOS operating systems.
• Experience with: Wired and wireless IP-based networking; SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policies; JAMF or using macOS in a domain-joined environment; client management tools.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, user security, and cloud storage services.
• CompTIA A+, HDI DST, and OEM hardware repair certifications (HP, Apple, Dell) are desirable.

Posted Salary: $18.942/hr minimum
