The Ohio State University is seeking an IT Service Support Analyst to provide basic support for computer technology-based systems, resources, and services in support of teaching, research, clinics and outreach for the College of Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Medical Center. Provides general, broad-based technical support for hardware, software, troubleshooting, customer services and escalates complex problems to system experts when necessary. Responsibilities involve work in one or more of the following areas: systems selection and imaging new systems, systems maintenance and rebuilding systems, user-support, and support and guidance in for technical solutions that can improve the administrative, academic, research and clinical functions of the college.
