 Overview:

Ipsen is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry to join its legal team in Cambridge, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative U.S. legal team and to expand your experience in the pharmaceutical sector as a privacy counsel. The Senior Legal Counsel will provide timely and actionable privacy counsel to the North America business on U.S. federal and state laws that govern collection, use, storage and retention of personal information. The role includes counseling on design of business activities and creation of policies and trainings relevant to these activities. The role also includes other legal support related to data and security initiatives.

 Experience:

Deep experience counseling on privacy matters and a desire to expand your experience to other areas (e.g., employment law, product counseling, etc.) is required. Experience working in-house, specifically in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, is preferred.

 Location/Relocation:

Based in Cambridge, MA with a hybrid office/home working arrangement available.
